  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.

  • When your order is shipped, we’ll share tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping may be offered on selected products or order amounts as mentioned on the product page.

  • For other orders, a small shipping fee may apply depending on your delivery location.

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly shown at checkout before you make the payment.

3. Delivery Time

  • Orders are usually delivered within 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Deliveries in metro cities may arrive earlier, while remote areas may take longer.

  • Delays may occur due to courier company operations, weather, or unforeseen events. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

4. Shipping Partners

We use trusted courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products.
In some cases, India Post or local delivery services may be used for specific regions.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor the delivery status.
If you do not receive tracking details within 3 days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

6. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery

  • Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate when placing the order.

  • Drushtidhatri will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-acceptance, reshipping charges will apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged product or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and photos.

  • We will verify and assist you with a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India.
International delivery options will be announced soon.
