1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
To qualify:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

It must be returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice.

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return request.
After 48 hours, we will not be able to process return or refund requests.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged:

Jewellery and accessories

Sarees that have been tried, used, or customized (e.g., with falls or tassels attached)

Combo sets or sale items
Please check the product description before purchase for any specific return conditions.
3. Return Process
If you are eligible for a return:

Contact us via phone or email with your order number, reason for return, and product photos.

Once approved, our team will guide you on how to send the product back.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.
4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of receiving the returned product.

Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used during purchase.

In case of UPI or wallet payments, refund time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your refund is delayed, please contact your bank first. If the issue persists, reach out to us for assistance.
5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 working days.
6. Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Share unboxing or product images showing the issue clearly.

We will verify and offer a replacement or refund as per your preference.
